Job Summary
Directly supervise employees and oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair activities for the Maintenance of Way Department. Manage hourly technical craft employees and all supervisors, including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, appraising performance, and resolving complaints. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE usage, and corporate policies while monitoring department costs and track, signal, and capital projects service goals. Interface with other departments to maintain efficient railroad operations. Requires 5 years of rail industry experience, a supervisory background, and an associate's degree or equivalent. Valid driver's license required. Salary range $85k-$93k plus bonus.
