Road Worker Orange

Permanent full-time road works role based in Orange, NSW. Responsibilities include carrying out construction, maintenance, and general labour tasks using plant, equipment, and hand tools; supporting road construction activities such as road widening, barrier installations, pavement upgrades, and heavy patching; and collaborating with a crew including a team leader, road workers, and plant operators to deliver essential road maintenance across the state network. Requires a White Card, a Class C Driver Licence, and Traffic Controller accreditation (or willingness to obtain within 3 months). Flexible to overtime, night shifts (8–10 weeks annually), travel across the region, and being away from home when required. On-site, in-person role with emphasis on safety, reliability, learning, and development, and location within 70 km of the Orange works depot.
