Job Summary
Coordinate roadside assistance by answering driver calls, handling repairs for trucks and trailers, and organizing vendor support across the US. Manage administrative duties including data entry, daily phone and email communication, and responding to incoming inquiries. Assist drivers remotely with breakdowns and provide coverage for colleagues when needed. Requires two years of experience in maintenance, breakdown assistance, and knowledge of tractor, trailer, and semi mechanical functions. Proficient in spoken and written English is mandatory. Schedule includes Monday–Friday, 4 PM–11 PM, and Saturday, 7 AM–4 PM CST.
Required Qualifications
- Previous maintenance or breakdown assistance experience
- Basic knowledge of tractor, trailer, truck, semi mechanical functions
- Knowledge of tractor, trailer functions
- Basic knowledge of truck & semi mechanical functions
- Proficient in spoken and written ENGLISH
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work effectively both as a Team member and independently
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results
