Job Summary
Coordinate roadside assistance for drivers by answering calls, handling communications, and organizing vendor support for truck and trailer repairs across the US. Manage administrative duties including data entry and daily phone and email correspondence while assisting with breakdowns over the phone. Provide coverage for colleagues when needed and perform various other support functions as assigned. Requires two years of experience in maintenance or breakdown assistance and knowledge of tractor, trailer, and semi mechanical functions. Works Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 11 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 4 PM CST.
Required Qualifications
- Previous maintenance or breakdown assistance experience
- Basic knowledge of tractor, trailer, truck, semi mechanical functions
- Knowledge of tractor, trailer functions
- Basic knowledge of truck & semi mechanical functions
- Previous maintenance or breakdown assistance experience
- Proficient in spoken and written ENGLISH
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work effectively both as a Team member and independently
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results
