Job Summary
Manage and coordinate all road freight shipments end-to-end, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant execution of import and export operations. Verify documentation and shipment details for readiness, then coordinate bookings with trucking companies, agents, and correspondents while preparing loading notes. Maintain accuracy within the company's ERP system (Orian) and generate required documents such as delivery orders. Oversee the issuance and management of invoices related to road freight shipments. This role requires advanced business writing and oral skills in Serbian, English, and Greek, along with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team spirit and collaboration mindset.
- Advanced business writing and oral skills in Serbian, English and Greek
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business administration or other related fields.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in the freight forwarding industry is desirable.
- Proficiency in Orian ERP will be considered a plus.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
