Job Summary
Verify documentation and shipment details to ensure readiness for road freight import/export. Coordinate bookings with trucking companies and agents, providing accurate delivery instructions and preparing loading notes. Ensure accuracy within the company's ERP system (Orian) and generate required road freight documents such as delivery orders. Oversee the issuance and management of invoices related to road freight shipments. This role requires excellent communication skills in Serbian, English, and Greek, along with advanced MS Office proficiency. Located in Sindos, Thessaloniki, this position supports OB Streem's mission to deliver innovative logistics solutions in Southeast Europe.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business administration or other related fields
- Advanced business writing and oral skills in Serbian, English and Greek
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit and collaboration mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with customers and suppliers
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in the shipping freight forwarding industry
- Proficiency in Orian ERP
