Road Freight Operator

Road Freight Operator responsible for managing and coordinating all road freight shipments end-to-end, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant execution of import and export operations. Responsibilities include verifying shipment documentation, coordinating bookings with trucking companies, agents and correspondents, preparing/loading notes, ensuring ERP accuracy in Orian, generating delivery orders, and managing invoices. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Greek and English, ability to work independently with strong task prioritization, a collaborative mindset, advanced business writing and oral skills, and proficiency with Orian ERP and MS Office. Education should include a high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; prior experience in the shipping freight forwarding industry is desirable.
