Job Summary
Coordinate international road freight shipments across EU and non-EU countries from pickup to final delivery, managing the complete transport process including collection, operational coordination, shipment tracking, customs coordination, and last-mile delivery. Prepare, review, and manage all transport and customs documentation for import and export operations while coordinating clearance processes with brokers, customers, and carriers to ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor shipments proactively to guarantee on-time deliveries and resolve operational incidents, maintaining constant communication regarding status and updates. Handle customer billing and validate supplier invoices accurately while building strong relationships through excellent customer service and timely responses. Collaborate with branches and partners internationally to ensure efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High level of English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Knowledge of billing processes and invoice validation
- Experience or understanding of customs procedures and international trade documentation (CMR, commercial invoices, packing lists, export/import documentation, customs instructions, and related documents)
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or customer service
- Experience in international road freight operations and customs documentation
- Additional European languages
- Knowledge of international road freight transportation across EU and non-EU countries
