Road Freight Controller

Coordinate all shipments for clients from Purchase Order issuance per INCO terms, ensuring deadlines, procedures, and Customs regulations are strictly adhered to. Liaise with suppliers and expeditors to guarantee timely order uplift, while maintaining accurate system data and correct invoicing aligned with agreed rates and credit terms. Manage multi-modal import and export processes, verify Proof of Deliveries before payments, and keep clients fully informed of progress to maintain service levels and revenue margins. Provide a positive learning environment for the team and ensure all work follows departmental and company procedure manuals.
