Job Summary
Road Crew Laborer responsible for digging, spreading and leveling construction materials with a shovel, flagging, concrete work, backfill pipe, and basic troubleshooting; role involves teamwork, varying tasks, and safety compliance. Requires reliable transportation, strong work ethic, flexibility for overtime/weekend hours (including overnights), working knowledge of general hand and power tools, and OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain). CDL is a plus. Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check required; DMV license evaluation consent. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and comply with PPE requirements. High school diploma or GED preferred; two-year technical degree preferred. Position described as full-time but seasonal in nature with anticipated lay-off in November through March; site-specific seasonal variations may apply.
