Job Summary
Road Civil Engineer in our Infrastructure department overseeing the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of roads, highways, and related infrastructure. Responsibilities include planning and designing road projects, conducting feasibility studies and environmental assessments, preparing detailed drawings and specifications using CAD, coordinating with surveyors, contractors, consultants, and government authorities, monitoring construction activities, conducting site inspections, resolving design/structural issues, and maintaining regular client and regulatory communications. Requires Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of road-engineering experience, proficiency in CAD, and strong analytical/communication skills; English required, Arabic preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in road engineering and infrastructure projects
- Strong experience in road construction, maintenance, and project execution
- Proficiency in CAD software, civil engineering design tools, and engineering documentation systems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in English; Arabic preferred
