Job Summary
RO Technician responsible for the assembly and/or disassembly of MTU and other engines, systems, and components per specifications; inspect and evaluate components for defects; determine core acceptance or rejection; inspect, operate, and test products to verify conformance; analyze test results to diagnose capabilities; position components for assembly; create and implement new tooling and processes; inspect, rework, repair, and replace parts using machines and hand tools; read blueprints/specifications; document conformance with measuring instruments; operate forklifts and cranes; perform SAP transactions; support Engineering/Quality for deviations; operate CNC machinery and perform related special projects; maintain safe, clean work areas and uphold Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- two years field service, mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience
- ability to work any shift and overtime as required
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship
