Job Summary
Perform skilled nursing visits including start of care, wound care, IV administration, medication management, and patient assessments. Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support while monitoring and documenting their condition and progress. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA. Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols during all patient interactions. Visits and shifts are available in Port St. Lucie, Florida, and surrounding areas. Candidates must hold a valid RN or LPN Florida license, BLS certification, and required CEUS, alongside a Level 2 background check and clean driving record. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN Florida nursing license or compact license
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) card
- Florida required CEUs
- Physical health form within the last 6 months
- Negative TB skin test results, chest X-ray, or Quantiferon-TB Gold blood test results (QFT-PLUS)
- Level 2 background clearance to verify in ACHA
- Ability to speak English clearly
- Good driving record
- Reliable transportation and proof of car insurance
