RNs and LVNs Needed! Pediatric Homecare - Baytown, TX

RN or LVN needed to deliver in-home pediatric nursing care across Baytown, Highlands, Crosby, and Cloverleaf, TX. Responsibilities include admission/transfer/re-certification/discharge paperwork, maintaining patient clinical records, evaluating nursing service effectiveness, collaborating with physicians on care plan changes, mentoring new staff, educating patients and caregivers, supervising LPNs and aides, participating in QAPI and mandatory trainings, ensuring patient confidentiality, assessing home safety and infection control, integrating multidisciplinary data into nursing assessments, applying prior nursing experience to home care, facilitating advanced directives when indicated, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires an RN/LVN license (including multi-state if applicable), CPR certification, background screening, English communication skills, a valid driver's license with insurance, and willingness to travel to patients' homes; work schedule may include variable shift lengths (8, 10, or 12 hours) and availability any day of the week.
