Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care across all units while collaborating with interdisciplinary staff and physicians to enhance care management and quality of life. Manage the full nursing process for residents in a 44-bed skilled nursing facility, ensuring each individual receives the highest support standard. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, current unencumbered Wisconsin license, and two years of long-term care experience. Full-time and part-time PM and NOC shifts available with a $5000-$7000 signing bonus.
