Job Summary
Join Four Winds Manor, Inc. as a Part-Time Registered Nurse or LPN on PM and NOC shifts in a 44-bed skilled nursing facility in Verona, WI. You will deliver resident care across units, participate in assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to enhance quality of life. Starting wages are based on experience; RNs start at $36.75/hr and LPNs at $30.50/hr with shift differentials and a signing bonus. Benefits include medical/dental/401(k)/life insurance/HSAs/FSAs, PTO, and early access to earned wages. A travel stipend for distances over 100 miles and relocation assistance to Verona/Madison area are available. Associate degree in nursing required; active Wisconsin RN or LPN license with a minimum of two years in long-term care preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Current, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse or LPN in Wisconsin
- Minimum two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care (preferred)
