Job Summary
Supervise nursing care to residents according to physicians orders, direct staff, and ensure quality care delivery on your shift. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed, accurately document care given, and oversee operation and staffing. Evaluate personnel, refer to resident care plans, and report abnormal findings such as injuries, incidents, skin issues, complaints, suspected abuse, unsafe conditions, or significant changes in condition. Follow State Board of Nursing scope of practice, infection control and safety practices, and attend required in-service education. This role requires a current Registered Nurse license, CPR certification, and experience with similar responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (PA) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (OH) with the State Board of Nursing
