RNFA - Outpatient Surgery, PRN

Conduct perioperative nursing duties in an outpatient surgery setting, utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care while maintaining professional accountability. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Ensure patient rights and confidentiality of patient information are upheld. Maintain continued competence in assisting and perioperative nursing tasks. Requires active RN licensure, minimum one year perioperative experience, and BLS/ACLS certification within the first year. Involves prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
