RNFA - Outpatient Surgery, PRN

Conduct perioperative nursing duties in an outpatient surgery setting, utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability. Coordinate patient care with other departments while evaluating the overall effectiveness of care provided by direct caregivers. Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld in all interactions. Requires minimum one year of perioperative nursing experience, active RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS certification within the first year. Involves prolonged standing, walking, and physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
