Required Qualifications
- Team leadership - at least 5 years management roles
- At least 10 years hands-on development roles (Full stack / Backend)
- Experience with projects from initiation to reliable and scaleable production
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Foster collaboration between R&D teams, cross-functional departments, and external partners, such as universities, research institutions, and vendors
- English speaker - fluent
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with hardware controllers and their programming
- Experience with communication protocols
- Experience with AWS, EKS/k8s, React (web and mobile web), MongoDB, Time Series Databases
- Experience with ML infrastructure
