RNC Plumbing Field Supervisor

Lead and manage field operations for residential new construction plumbing across multiple active job sites. Supervise field crews and subcontractors, coordinate manpower allocation and scheduling, and manage material procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships to support project timelines and profitability. Review and interpret plumbing plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution, oversee quality control and safety, perform routine jobsite visits, resolve operational issues, and coordinate with builders, inspectors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.
