Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full-Time Home Health role based in Zanesville, OH. Responsible for planning and directing home care services, conducting initial patient assessments, developing and revising care plans, administering medications, providing direct patient care, counseling patients and families, coordinating with physicians and community resources, and participating in on-call duties. Travel to patient homes is required with mileage reimbursed; work setting includes on-the-road patient visits and remote training from the local office. Requires nursing degree (associate or bachelor’s), active nursing license, CPR certification, TB test, valid driver’s license, and travel eligibility. Previous home health or acute care experience is preferred. Salary range is $70,000–$80,000 annually, with OT eligibility. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, associate or bachelor’s degree
- Valid/active nursing license
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile in good working order and insured in accordance with the organization requirements
- Valid CPR certification, required
- Recent TB test, required
- Prior home health care or acute care experience preferred
