RN Wound Care Part Time - Four Peaks

RN wound care role in a part-time capacity at Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. Responsibilities include assessing and managing wound care, administering medications and IVs, developing and updating patient care plans, educating patients and families on post-treatment and home care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. Requires at least 1 year of wound care/clinic experience and an active RN license in Arizona, with BLS certification. Shift typically daytime, with potential additional days to cover PTO; on-site at a hospital-based wound care department. Education requirements include an Associates or Diploma in Nursing, with BSN to be completed within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience for stroke-specific education; current preferences/methods may apply as per unit standards.
