RN Wound Care Lead

Manage and direct the Wound Care staff team while developing evidence-based protocols and practice standards for managing patients with wounds, ostomies, and incontinence. Lead the development of a cost-effective wound care program, monitor patient outcomes, and perform documentation audits to ensure compliance with established protocols. Consult on new and complicated ostomy patients, advise physicians on wound status, and collaborate with the dietary team to identify nutritional deficiencies. Act as a resource for nursing staff, participate in Quality Improvement projects, and maintain data reports for key committees.
