RN Wound Care Lead - Full-Time Days (10-Hour Shift)

Manage and direct the Wound Care staff team while developing evidence-based protocols and practice standards for managing patients with wounds, ostomies, and incontinence. Lead the development of a cost-effective wound care program, monitor patient outcomes, and perform documentation audits to ensure compliance with established protocols. Consult on new ostomy patients and peristomal complications, advise physicians on patient status, and collaborate with the dietary team to address nutritional deficiencies. Act as a resource for nursing staff, participate in Quality Improvement plans, and maintain data reports for key committees. This hospital-wide, population-based role requires a BSN, two years of wound care experience, and a CWOCN or CWCN certification.
