RN, Wound Care/Clinical Educator

Job Summary
Assess and manage patients with complex wounds, develop and implement individualized wound care treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based guidelines, perform wound care procedures including debridement, dressing changes, and wound irrigation using sterile techniques, monitor and document healing progress, educate patients and families on wound care techniques and prevention, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, and provide compassionate, patient-centered support throughout the healing journey.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Certification in Wound Care (WOCN or CWCN)
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience with at least 1 year in wound care
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Knowledge of wound care products and treatment modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic patient care
