RN - Wound Care Certified - Days

Conduct wound care, central line consultation, and IV procedures in inpatient and outpatient settings while serving as an expert resource for staff and families managing complex physical or psychological problems. Deliver quality nursing care across all age groups, lead clinical decision-making, and provide crisis support. Educate patients and families, mentor orientees, and evaluate their progress to ensure competency. Collaborate in multi-disciplinary care planning, participate in Code Blue Team membership, and help create clinical practice standards. Adhere to hospital policies and support staff development through in-services and unit instruction.
