RN - Wound Care Certified - Days

Conduct wound care, ostomy, and central line consultations in inpatient and outpatient settings while serving as an expert resource for staff and families regarding complex physical and psychological problems. Deliver quality nursing care for all age groups by implementing assessment, treatment, and care plans based on developmental stages, and lead multi-disciplinary care coordination to ensure cost-effective, outcome-centered interactions. Provide clinical support during crises, educate patients and families, and mentor orientees by evaluating progress, setting goals, and upgrading staff skills through in-services. Adhere to hospital standards and participate in creating clinical practice standards.
