Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in perioperative and operating room settings while delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments, document planned interventions, and revise care plans based on multidisciplinary evaluative data. Lead process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance within the IP Wound Care department. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and an Associate's degree (BSN required after five years). Full-time day shift with as-needed scheduling.
