Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement interventions for health maintenance and treatment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and families to plan and evaluate care plans while serving as charge nurse to delegate tasks to assistive personnel. Ensure safe administration of care and resolve service concerns within the full scope of nursing practice. Shifts include 3 AM and 3 PM rotations with every other weekend and holiday coverage. Earn $39.00-$48.00 hourly with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and weekend incentives. Join a Christian not-for-profit organization dedicated to senior housing and services.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to work 3 AM shifts (6AM-230PM) and 3 PM Shifts (2PM-1030PM)
- Must be available for every other weekend and holiday
- Must be able to work additional weekend and 6pm - 6am shifts
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must pass pre-employment background screening
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
