RN Woodland LTC - Full-Time Evenings

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement interventions for health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, families, and charge nurses to plan and evaluate care plans while delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice standards and the Nurse Practice Act. Shifts include evening hours from 2pm to 10:30pm, 32 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday coverage. Additional incentives include a $10,000 sign-on bonus, $1.25/hour weekend pay, and $1.25/hour for work between 6pm and 6am.
