Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in the Women and Infants NICU utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Prioritize patient wellness and safety while modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment. Maintain current BLS and NRP certifications and adhere to AWHONN and AACN practice standards. This full-time night shift role at UCHealth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion offers a competitive hourly range of $35.29 to $54.71 based on experience, with onsite-only availability.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Relevant certification as determined at position level
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
- NRP
- 6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
