Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will plan and deliver nursing care to residents, guiding and supporting a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care. You are expected to adhere to company and regulatory standards, providing high-quality care in a compassionate environment. New graduates are welcomed, and knowledge of long-term care regulations is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Desired Qualifications
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
- Experience with PointClickCare
