RN on a brand-new Medical-Surgical unit at Novant Health Scotts Hill Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. Full-Time night shift on a 72 hours / 2 weeks schedule with 12-hour nights (7p–7a) and a four-day-off pattern. Responsibilities include providing patient-centered care across diverse medical-surgical populations, collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, prioritizing and managing patient needs in a supportive team environment, and educating patients and families while coordinating care plans. The role supports onboarding with dedicated preceptors, offers relocation assistance, and emphasizes structured growth and skill-building opportunities on a brand-new unit designed for collaboration and quality care.
