Job Summary
RN Charge Nurse role in a Long-Term Care Facility. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality clinical outcomes, mentoring and supervising nursing staff on shift, administering medications and treatments in accordance with policy, transcribing and executing physician orders, managing overtime/agency usage, assessing staff performance against standards, and leading regular shift meetings with the DON. Requires LVN program completion and active licensure in the state of practice, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 2 years of SNF nursing experience. Shifts available are 12 hours (6PM-6AM or 6AM-6PM).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Licensed Vocational program and licensed in the state of practice
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
