RN Wesley Long Ortho Full Time Nights Sign On Bonus

The RN provides direct patient care in the assigned unit, applying the nursing process to develop individualized care plans and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include reviewing patient needs and conditions, administering medications and treatments, reconciling medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance, evaluating patient responses to interventions, and collaborating with the care team to ensure quality outcomes. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) and an active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state, plus BLS/CPR certification. This is an on-site, full-time night shift position in Greensboro, NC, with a sign-on bonus opportunity.
