Job Summary
RN Weekends Emergency Room role providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the emergency department on weekend and mid-shift schedules. Responsibilities include assessing and managing patient pain, performing procedures and documentation, teaching patients and families about conditions and follow-up measures, and collaborating with medical providers to deliver timely, compassionate care aligned with nursing standards. Requires RN licensure with a Registered Nurse Diploma and completion of required certifications within specified timelines (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS/ETC). Required Qualifications
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Registered Nurse Diploma
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Cour, or PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
