Job Summary
RN Weekend shift on 3D Med-Surg Telemetry Innovation Unit. Provide direct patient care using the nursing process for adult patients requiring telemetry monitoring; coordinate patient care with other departments; maintain patient rights and confidentiality; participate in rapid improvement cycles to test and implement innovative nursing practices. Requires graduation from a nursing program and an active RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure; BLS (and other certifications as required by unit) and ability to meet physical demands of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Licensed RN in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN/BLS/PALS/PEARS/STABLE/C-EFM or other unit-specific certifications as required
