Job Summary
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients as assigned, including administering medications, preparing for diagnostic procedures, and reinforcing health care instructions. Collaborate with team members to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, while assisting with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Monitor vital signs, report symptoms, and maintain accurate patient records. Ensure a safe environment and assume unit charge as assigned. Requires RN licensure and one year of experience; offers health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement, signing bonus, and flexible schedule at Envive Healthcare of Beech Grove.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure required
- 1 year of RN experience preferred
