Job Summary
RN - Weekend Supervisor responsible for providing leadership and supervision of weekend nursing staff (RN, nursing assistants, respiratory therapists) in an acute care setting. Role emphasizes energetic, positive, knowledgeable nurse leadership to support and guide the team, with a focus on patient well-being and timely care. Prerequisites include licensure to practice in Massachusetts, acute care experience preferred, and BLS certification. New employees receive comprehensive orientation; additional training offered in Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia Interpretation, IV and Phlebotomy Skills, and ACLS. Weekend shift is 7p-7:30a with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited program
- Current License to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Current Certification in BLS
