Job Summary
RN Weekend Supervisor: supervise weekend professional and non-professional nursing staff, plan and deliver long-term or rehabilitative care, coordinate admissions/transfers/discharges, administer medications, review medical records and nursing notes, coach and orient staff, develop unit priorities, ensure HIPAA/regulatory compliance, and maintain quality nursing care while leading nursing operations and staff development on weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Texas (in good standing)
- CPR Certification
- Ability to relate positively to residents and families; strong leadership and supervisory skills
