RN Weekend Supervisor

RN Weekend Supervisor for The Glen Retirement System overseeing the nursing department on weekends (every other weekend, 2 weekends per month) at Village Health Care. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring quality resident care in accordance with facility standards, performing administrative nursing tasks, providing direct resident care as needed, serving as an administrative resource for the Assisted Living nursing department, coordinating clinical care with ancillary departments, conducting regular rounds, communicating resident and family grievances to the Administrator and Director of Nursing, participating in facility inspections and the Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement program, assisting with infection control, and mentoring clinical staff. Must coordinate weekend operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and liaise with Nursing Director, residents’ families, and physicians.
