Job Summary
Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical activities during weekend shifts, ensuring quality patient care, compliance with healthcare regulations, and efficient teamwork. Conduct patient rounds to monitor care and safety while managing staffing levels and adjusting as necessary. Address and resolve patient and family concerns, supporting resident rights, safety protocols, and collaborative team dynamics. Promote positive interactions with residents, families, and visitors. Requires current RN license and prior supervisory experience in healthcare.
