Job Summary
Lead and supervise the nursing team on weekends, ensuring all residents receive high-quality care and services. Conduct rounds to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance resident care and satisfaction. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor and report on resident outcomes and trends, making recommendations for improvements. Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development. Requires current RN license in Georgia with minimum two years of experience in long-term care.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
