Job Summary
Conduct thorough new admissions assessments and ensure all pertinent evaluations are completed. Participate in agency surveys, validate nursing staff clinical decisions, and actively develop and communicate resident plans of care. Perform frequent rounds on nursing units to verify adherence to established standards and monitor documentation procedures. Follow up on problem areas with employees and submit oral or written reports to the Director. Requires minimum one-year Long Term Care RN supervision experience, current NY license, and CPR/IV certifications. Available for 12-hour weekend shifts at a starting rate of $58/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited program in Nursing
- Minimum of 1-year Long Term Care RN supervision experience

- Current, unencumbered RN license in NY state
- Current CPR and IV certifications
- Must be available for weekends only
- Must be available for 12 hour shifts
