Job Summary
RN Weekend Supervisor leading and mentoring nursing staff in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and facility policies; administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered; perform resident assessments and accurately document findings; supervise and support Nursing Assistants and licensed nursing staff; monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, residents, and family members as appropriate; ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations; promote a positive, team-focused environment while maintaining high standards of resident care. Requires NC RN license and CPR certification; LT care experience preferred; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
