Job Summary
Ensure proper resident care in a clean, safe environment by making nursing diagnoses that form the basis of the care strategy. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and residents to develop plans of care while monitoring assigned staff to uphold safety regulations and state procedures. Record medication administration and changes in patient condition, following all established protocols for equipment and supplies. Perform other duties as directed. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program
- Licensed in the state of practice
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
