Job Summary
RN Weekend Supervisor oversees nursing staff and coordinates clinical care during weekend shifts; ensures proper documentation and adherence to facility policies; provides direct patient care when necessary; manages admissions, discharges, and transfers; communicates with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams; responds to emergencies and resolves issues promptly. Requires a current RN license in Delaware, a minimum of two years nursing experience (preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing), and supervisory experience is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential.
