Job Summary
RN Weekend Supervisor leads weekend nursing staff in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Under the Director of Nursing, develops and implements individualized Nursing Care Plans, oversees unit operations on shift, and assumes leadership responsibilities as needed. Requires current RN license in the practice state, graduate of an approved nursing program, and strong physical assessment skills with knowledge of nursing principles. Prior experience in geriatric or rehabilitative settings and supervisory duties is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license issued in the state of practice
- Graduate of an approved school of Nursing
- Possess physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing and supervisory capacity preferred
