Job Summary
RN Weekend Supervisor role overseeing nursing care for residents on weekends, including assessing resident needs, developing and evaluating care plans, administering nursing care, supervising CNAs and other nursing staff, and communicating changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Must maintain HIPAA confidentiality and coordinate with patients, families, and the care team. Requires Tennessee RN license and CPR/BLS certification. Based in Decatur, TN with Saturday and Sunday 8-hour shifts and a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
